DELICIOUS APPETIZER RECIPE: MINI QUICHE FILLED WITH BRIE & CRANBERRY SAUCE

Easy to make, and tastes great!!!!<br /> Michael will show you how to prepare an easy and great appetizer / finger food.<br /> <br /> To make 48 miniquiches you will need:<br /> 4 eggs<br /> 1.5 cup (7 ounces) whipping cream<br /> 1 pound chopped leek<br /> 1/2 Brie Cheese (can be also Camembert cheese)<br /> 1/4 cup cranberry sauce<br /> 1.5 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese<br /> 1/4 cup Parmasean cheese<br /> 2 sheets or 1 pound of pie dough <br /> 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg<br /> Mini muffin form<br /> dough cutting ring<br /> <br /> Please follow these easy steps:<br /> step 1: mix liquidy ingredients (eggs and cream), add salt and pepper to taste<br /> step 2: fry leek, add freshly grated nutmeg to fried mixture<br /> step 3: butter minimuffin form and cut our circles from dough and place in muffin form<br /> step 4: cool muffin form for 10 minutes in fridge....meantime<br /> step 5: mix all ingredients from step 1 and 2 and cheeses (except Brie).<br /> step 6: fill muffin forms first with Brie cubes and 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Then top with mixture from step 5.<br /> step 7: put in oven for 25 min, at 350°F<br /> <br /> let them cool, serve at room temperature or cold.<br /> Bon Appetit !!!<br /> Michael
