Add the brown sugar, Porto wine, balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook until reduced by half.<br /> <br /> Cut the skin and fat of the ham into 1 inch diamonds (don't cut into the meat). Baste with glaze, cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 330°F and bake for 12 minutes for every pound of ham (20 pound ham will bake 4 hours).<br /> Remove from oven, remove foil, add glaze, add pineapple slices and cocktail (Maraschino) cherries. Return to oven at 450°F for 30 minutes.<br /> Serve with sweet potatoes (yams) and cranberry sauce, horseradish sauce and / or garlic sauce.<br /> Done.<br /> Enjoy !!!
